Cancelation Policy
Cancelation from the customer
In case of cancellation by the customer, the following cancellation fees are charged:
1. If the trip is canceled by the customer 3 or more days before departure, the total amount will be refunded by the company.
2. If the tour is canceled by the customer less than 48 hours before departure, 50% of the total amount will be withheld by the company.
3. In case the customer does not appear at the point of the pickup then your reservation is considered invalid and 100% of the total amount will be withheld by the company.
